Assistant Store Manager | Wilkes-Barre, PA About the Role We're looking for an experienced retail leader to join our store leadership team in Wilkes-Barre. As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager, serve as Leader on Duty, and coach and develop associates while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What you'll do

• Run store operations during your shifts as Leader on Duty Lead, coach, and train associates to meet performance goals
• Deliver and model excellent customer service, and resolve issues professionally
• Keep merchandise stocked, priced, and displayed, and monitor inventory
• Handle opening and closing procedures and cash handling
• Enforce company policies and safety standards
• Look for ways to improve sales, productivity, and store performance
• What You Bring 2+ years of retail management or leadership experience
• Experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, Retail Supervisor, or similar role preferred
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Pay
