What you'll do

• As a BCBA with Sunshine Care Network, you will: Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLSR, AFLS, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision to behavior technicians and RBTs.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, pediatric nurses, therapists, and school teams to ensure consistent, integrated support.
• Monitor progress, adjust programming, and maintain highquality clinical documentation.

What you'll bring

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Commitment to familycentered, interdisciplinary care
