Our core product portfolio covers a wide range of items, including various types of flashlights (outdoor flashlights, EDC flashlights, weapon lights), headlamps, clip-on lights, ambient lights, camping lanterns, work lights, as well as peripheral products such as smart charging docks and optical components.

What you'll do

• Key Account Development multilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Able to communicate smoothly with global customers and cooperate with Chinese headquarters teams efficiently.
• Familiar with domestic and overseas hardware industry exhibitions, channel sales models and industrial client procurement habits is highly preferred.
• Education relevant industry sales / marketing working experience is prioritized.
• Candidates with existing hardware industry channel resources, MRO industrial customer resources or auto repair industry resources are highly preferred.
• Required Skills Possess independent business development capabilities, with rich experience in B-end key account negotiation, development and maintenance.
• Strong market acumen, able to accurately capture industry trends, customer demands and market opportunities.
• Good execution and teamwork awareness, able to strictly follow the unified arrangement of Olight China Headquarters to complete business tasks and market expansion work.
• Willing to take nationwide business travel, adaptable to exhibition business and on-site customer visit work.
• Result-oriented, with strong pressure resistance, communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
