We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.Position OverviewThe Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides non-medical personal care and RN-delegated tasks within their scope of practice. CNAs support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in compliance with Oregon Health Authority (OAR 333-536) and Oregon State Board of Nursing standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygieneSupport mobility, transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devicesProvide feeding assistance, hydration reminders, and meal preparationPerform light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and appointment accompanimentProvide medication reminders (no administration unless RN-delegated)Observe, document, and report changes in client conditionFollow infection control, safety, emergency, and HIPAA guidelinesMaintain professionalism, reliability, and client dignityQualificationsRequired:Active Oregon CNA certification in good standingAbility to pass criminal background and fitness determinationCompletion of agency orientation and required trainingCPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homesEffective communication skills in EnglishPreferred:Experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term careDementia care, hospice, or mobility assistance experienceBilingual or multilingual abilitiesWhat We’re Looking ForCompassionate, patient, and dependable caregiversStrong observation, documentation, and communication skillsAbility to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standardsFlexibility in scheduling and assignmentsWorking ConditionsCare is provided in private homes with varying environments.
