• Manage submittals and change orders
• Oversee construction management and project execution
• Collaborate with sub-contractors, architectural design team and installation teams
• Ensure long-term disability and estimating compliance
• Resolve specifications and project management issues

• Ability to develop and execute project strategies
• Excellent negotiation and procurement skills
• Knowledge of construction and cost management
• Proficiency in Structural Steel Framework Experience in Residential Construction Knowledge of General Construction Ability to interpret
