About the role

Jobot is recruiting a Full-Stack Software Developer for a well-funded, growing startup improving payment processing for lenders, builders, and trades. Its platform reduces operational friction, lowers risk, and helps ensure approved work gets paid quickly. In this role, you will build and maintain applications spanning user interfaces, backend services, databases, and cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineers, QA, designers, and product stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions using .NET, C#, SQL/PostgreSQL, AWS, and Azure. The team values thoughtful code reviews, automated testing, and clear communication in an Agile environment. This permanent, full-time opportunity is remote and requires availability during Central US business hours. Annual compensation ranges from $95,000 to $100,000, with an opportunity for immediate equity participation and meaningful influence on a growing product.

What you'll do

Build and maintain full-stack applications and REST APIs using .NET and C#.
Deploy and manage cloud applications using AWS, Azure, and S3.
Design and optimize SQL and PostgreSQL databases.
Translate Figma designs into responsive user interfaces.
Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and cross-functional delivery.
Maintain Azure DevOps pipelines, support test automation, and troubleshoot performance issues.

What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 3 years of full-stack software development experience.
Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, REST APIs, and JSON.
Experience with AWS, Azure, relational database design, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
Strong communication skills, Agile experience, and availability during Central US business hours.
Docker, Kubernetes, or mobile app deployment experience is a plus.
