About the role

Pearce Heating AC Inc is seeking a licensed Washington EL02 electrician to lead residential electrical installations and service calls in Redmond and the surrounding Eastside. Join a supportive team with more than 30 years in the HVAC industry and a strong focus on craftsmanship and customer care. Projects include HVAC wiring, panel upgrades, generators, EV chargers, surge protection, and residential troubleshooting. You will have installation helpers, a fully stocked company truck, and office support that handles scheduling, invoicing, billing, and customer coordination. This full-time position offers local work with no weekends or on-call shifts. Pay ranges from $35 to $40 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for additional earnings. What you'll do

• Lead residential electrical installations and service calls.
• Install HVAC wiring, generators, EV chargers, and surge protection.
• Complete electrical panel and sub-panel upgrades.
• Diagnose and repair residential electrical system issues.
• Ensure work meets applicable electrical codes and company standards.
• Coordinate with helpers and provide professional customer service.

What you'll bring

• Current Washington EL02 journeyman electrician license.
• Strong residential electrical installation and service experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
