We're currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve patients in Severn, Pasadena, Bowie, and Lanham (Anne Arundel County, Prince George's County), MD. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you'll work one-on-one with patients to help restore function, promote independence, and improve overall quality of life. You'll play a vital role in supporting recovery through personalized treatment plans and collaborative care.

What you'll do

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with the physician's plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions designed to restore daily function and independence.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on alternative strategies for daily activities, safe transfers, and proper positioning.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and optimal outcomes.
• Accurately document patient progress and submit records within 24 hours of each visit.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and home health best practices.
• What You Bring: Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Maryland .
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical OT experience ( home health experience strongly preferred ).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and required auto liability insurance.
