Order Management Representative

About the role

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking an Order Management Representative for a plastics manufacturing company in Shelton, Connecticut. This full-time, onsite position manages domestic orders for 30 to 50 assigned key accounts while delivering responsive, dependable customer service. You will coordinate orders from entry through fulfillment, maintain accurate information in an ERP system, and partner with production, logistics, and sales teams to address customer needs. The ideal candidate brings customer service experience, practical knowledge of order management and supply chain processes, and confidence working with ERP software. Success in this role requires attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to balance competing priorities while keeping customers informed about order status and delivery expectations.

What you'll do

• Manage domestic orders for 30 to 50 assigned key accounts.
• Enter, update, and verify customer orders in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams on availability and delivery schedules.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate account records and communicate order status updates.
