United Rehab Services PC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its outpatient rehabilitation team, serving patients at offices in Warren and Shelby Township, Michigan. This opportunity is available on a full-time or part-time basis and is suited to a clinician who values measurable progress, individualized treatment, and positive patient experiences. You will evaluate functional limitations, develop personalized care plans, and guide patients through therapeutic activities that support mobility, strength, and everyday independence. Working alongside an established team of professionals, you will communicate treatment goals, monitor outcomes, and adjust interventions as patients progress. What you'll do

• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, pain, and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress accurately.
• Coordinate patient care with colleagues across both clinic locations.

What you'll bring

• Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Michigan physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Clear communication and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work onsite in Warren and Shelby Township.
• Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
