Responsibilities:Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene supportAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety in the homePrepare meals and assist with feeding as neededPerform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errandsMonitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisorsProvide companionship and emotional support to senior clientsAssist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plansRequirements:Current certification or experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant preferredPrior experience in home care, senior care, or a related healthcare settingReliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Virginia Beach areaStrong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanorAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningCPR/First Aid certification is a plusAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as neededAbout Us:North Point Senior Homecare is a trusted provider of in-home care services for seniors in the Virginia Beach community, dedicated to helping older adults maintain their independence and quality of life.
