About the role
United States ONLY (Remote) • Full-Time • Reports to the Marketing Director Who we are PartnerBoost is a leading affiliate marketing and attribution platform for Amazon marketplace sellers and DTC brands. Amazon sellers are our home turf. We help brands find the right partners, track every sale and turn partnerships into real growth. We work with affiliate networks, agencies, creators, and technology and solution partners to launch and scale partner marketing programs, and more than 3,000 brands already grow with PartnerBoost. We are growing quickly, with real ownership and room to grow. We have a fun team that works smart, and our motto is simple: teamwork makes the dream work. Role overview As Senior Marketing Manager, you will turn our US marketing strategy into campaigns that drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition. You will own lead generation programs for brands, Amazon advertisers and marketplace sellers, and you will run our move toward social-first, short-form video content. This is a hands-on role with a lot of independence. The US team is small and backed by a large organization, including a fully staffed marketing and creative team at our main office. The main market and audience focus is the US, with some additional support for Europe. You will plan, launch and optimize campaigns, and work closely with sales, the partner team and our headquarters in China. Supporting our sales and business development efforts is one of the most important parts of this role. Key responsibilities Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across social, email and content, from brief to results Support sales and business development by owning the lead generation funnel: campaigns, landing pages, sales materials, lead capture and handoff to sales Build and manage our short-form video program, working with creators, editors and in-house talent Develop campaign concepts that reflect PartnerBoost's leading position and brand DNA Run email nurture programs for new and existing leads Coordinate marketing partnerships, co-marketing campaigns and industry events Track lead volume, conversion rates and campaign ROI, and share weekly performance updates Test new channels, formats and messaging, and scale what works Guide and support junior team members What matters most to us We care more about the impact you've had than the number of years on your resume. If your experience is limited but you've run great campaigns or done standout work, we want to hear about it. Show us what you built, what you tried and the results it drove. We look for four things in everyone on the team: Creativity: you bring new ideas and you're not afraid to try things Structure: you plan your work and keep it organized Execution: you get things done and see them through AI-first: you use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT every day, and you see AI as a game changer for productivity Required skills
