About the role
MI Windows and Doors, part of MITER Brands, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned business areas. Based near the Operations Support Center in Harrisburg, PA, this role partners with hiring leaders to define workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. You will use market insights and recruiting data to advise on hiring decisions, build qualified talent pipelines, and support competitive, equitable offers. The position primarily follows a hybrid arrangement, with hybrid or remote work considered based on business needs and the ability to travel to Operations Centers. Ideal candidates bring corporate or manufacturing salaried recruiting experience, strong stakeholder relationships, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition. What you'll do
- Lead recruitment strategy meetings and advise hiring managers on market conditions and talent availability.
- Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, job boards, and ATS/CRM tools.
- Conduct structured behavioral interviews and present qualified candidates with assessment summaries.
- Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, and document recruiting activity accurately.
- Use compensation data and internal comparisons to recommend offers and lead negotiations.
- Provide hiring teams with regular pipeline updates and represent the MITER Brands employer brand.
What you'll bring
- At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or manufacturing salaried roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean or semantic search, database research, and targeted outreach.
- Experience using ATS and CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and recruiting data tools.
- Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and hiring manager advisory skills.
- Ability to travel to Operations Centers as needed; proximity to Harrisburg, PA, preferred.
