What you'll do

• Welcome clients and patients, manage calls, schedule appointments, complete check-ins and checkouts, and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with pet owners about estimates, preventive care, treatment recommendations, payments, and process transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with veterinarians and support staff to maintain patient flow, address client concerns, and assist with maintaining and clean and well stocked from region of the veterinary hospital.

What you'll bring

• Strong sense of being part of a team, customer service, communication, and complaint-resolution skills, with patience and empathy during routine and emotional visits.
• Ability to manage schedules, phones, records, and multiple priorities in a busy veterinary setting.
• Experience in a veterinary clinic, animal care, medical front desk, or client service environment, or the ability to learn veterinary workflows quickly.
• High school diploma or GED and a dependable, detail-focused approach to confidential client and patient information.
• Experience with Cornerstone or another veterinary practice management system.
• Knowledge of preventive care, client education, veterinary terminology and veterinary nutrition.
• Experience demonstrating accountability, teamwork, and service excellence. Compensation and
