Vice President Operations

About the role

VP of Operations opportunity for a leading construction / specialty trade contractor in the NYC area, responsible for leading 6-10 direct reports and 5 company BU's with 100's of employees generating nine-digit annual revenue across commercial, infrastructure and institutional projects typically valued over $10M, using self-perform, in-house employee labor for end-to-end planning and completion of projects. This is a high impact, visible role reporting direct to the EVP. The salary is flexible to $400k depending on experience and credentials, plus bonus. The 5 BU's are headquartered in the Northeast (mostly) and Southwest. The company's NYC headquarters are in a highly accessible, vibrant commercial hub offering excellent access to multiple subway lines and trains.
