Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRDF&P, Inc. | Joseph, ORRDF&P is seeking experienced Welders, Fitters, and Fabricators to join our growing team. We fabricate structural steel, custom metal products, and high-tech semiconductor industry components in a fast-paced shop environment. Pay range varies depending on experience.What You'll DoFit, weld, and fabricate steel components from drawings and blueprintsRead and interpret welding symbols and shop drawingsPerform FCAW (Flux Core) welding and fabrication work to quality standardsUse hand tools, measuring devices, grinders, drills, and fabrication equipmentWork independently and as part of a team to meet production schedulesQualificationsExperience in welding, fitting, or fabricationAbility to read blueprints and welding symbolsStrong tape measure and basic math skillsFCAW (Flux Core) experience requiredReliable, self-motivated, and safety-focusedAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive pay DOEMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchOvertime opportunitiesStable, growing company with advancement opportunitiesA weld test and drug test are required during the interview process.
