Senior Project Manager – Fire Sprinkler / Data Centers (Travel) Location: Tampa, FL Salary: up to $165k DOE + Travel The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role. We're working with an established, growing fire protection contractor to hire a Senior Project Manager for its data center division. You'll lead large, technically complex fire sprinkler installations in one of the fastest-growing parts of commercial construction, and you'll have full ownership of your projects and a supportive leadership team behind you.

What you'll do

• Manage data center fire sprinkler projects from preconstruction through closeout, including scope, schedule, budget, and margin
• Serve as the main contact for customers, GCs, and inspectors
• Manage change orders promptly and drive margin improvement on every job
• Prepare monthly cost-to-complete reports and review budget-vs-actual job costing
• Oversee subcontractors and approve their invoices
• Coordinate superintendents, designers, estimators, and project coordinators on schedules, fabrication, and deliveries
• Make sure work meets NFPA codes, project specifications, and AHJ requirements
• Lead with a safety-first approach, including regular jobsite visits and holding the team accountable
• What you bring 5+ years of fire sprinkler construction project management experience NICET Level II or higher
• Strong NFPA knowledge and the ability to xuwmhxw read architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings
• Experience with Procore or similar project management software
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and willingness to travel
