Responsibilities:Greet and seat residents in a warm, welcoming manner to create a positive first impressionTake accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen staffDeliver food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring order accuracyAnticipate resident needs, respond to requests, and resolve any concerns promptlyMaintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and allergensKeep dining areas clean, organized, and properly set between seatingsRequirements:Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitudeAbility to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentMust be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods of timeFlexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust meet Michigan state age requirements for serving alcohol where applicable
