About the role

Skaggs Community Hospital Association is seeking an Environmental Services Technician in Branson, Missouri, to help maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming hospital environment. This onsite role supports patient safety by following established environmental cleaning and infection control procedures throughout the hospital and adjacent buildings. Daily work includes cleaning assigned areas, handling cleaning supplies safely, and communicating with team members using phones, handheld radios, or pagers. Assignments may require travel between facilities, independent work, and after-hours availability. No prior experience, formal education, or professional certification is required, although a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Successful candidates will bring dependable attendance, attention to detail, and a commitment to protecting the health, safety, and rights of patients.

What you'll do

• Clean and disinfect assigned hospital areas and adjacent buildings.
• Maintain sanitary, orderly, and attractive patient and public spaces.
• Follow infection control procedures and established cleaning protocols.
• Use cleaning materials and personal protective equipment safely.
• Communicate work needs and respond to requests using designated devices.
• Support cleaning assignments across facilities and during after-hours shifts.
